Active Bookings Page – Overview

Your Active Bookings page is going to show a list view of all bookings (non-cancelled bookings, completed bookings, current bookings). Based on your Block Settings, you can also view what days your forecasted bookings in a recurring series will fall on.

Your Active Bookings page is the first page that will appear when you log into your account. If you are anywhere else in the system, you can find the Active Bookings page by selecting the three horizontal lines in your Navigation Bar, and selecting Active Bookings.

The total number of bookings will appear in the top left of the page. This number is the sum of bookings based on your view in the calendar.  If you select the screenshot below,  I am viewing my bookings for January 5th, therefore my total number of bookings is 3.

Forecasted Bookings will be labeled in red beneath the Service Date. If you select the screenshot below, I have one current booking for Alicia Stone, and two forecasted bookings for Priscilla and Brianna. Since this booking is Forecasted, this means the current booking in the series is not on the day selected in the calendar (January 5th).  Forecasted bookings cannot be edited until it becomes the current booking in the series. Your forecasted bookings will become current, when the current booking is Completed.

Locations Drop Down on the top of your list will only appear if your account has our Multi-Locations feauture.  This will allow you to filter your bookings by their location.

Send Schedule will allow you to manually send your Team(s) their Schedule.  After selecting Send Schedule:

  1. Choose the date(s) of the days you want to send out the schedule for.
  2. Select whether you want to send the schedule to all Teams or just a specific Team requesting their schedule
  3. Send the Schedule to your Teams and/or Staff.

Note:The schedule will be emailed or texted to your Teams/Staff only if you have this enabled in your account.

Alerts are located in the top right of your window anywhere within the system. There will be a number in a red bubble for the amount of missed notifications you have.  Select the bell to view a list of your notifications, you can click on the notification to redirect you to the page the fix it.  Once you are ready to remove the notification, select the little ‘x’ to the right of the notification.

The Calendar to the left will allow you to filter your view by Today, Week, Month, or All. Your Week and Month view will always show the current month of that week or full month.  Selecting All will show bookings for the current and upcoming Months. To view the Week, or Month view of a specific Month, you will need to go to your Schedule Bookings page.  You can use the drop down above the Calendar, to sort your bookings by the Team assigned.
