Add Holidays to your Booking Availability

Overview

Launch27 allows you to set certain dates as holidays on your booking availability. This can be used to prevent customers from booking appointments on holidays that your business is closed on.

How to Add Holidays to your Booking Availability

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Availability
  2. Click on the Holidays tabHolidays tab on Booking Availability page
  3. Click Add New 
  4. Choose a Date that your business is closed on. If you are using the multi-location feature, you may also choose the location(s) you want to apply the Holiday to.
  5. Enter a Description (optional)Add a Holiday to your Booking Availability
  6. Click Save

Now when a Staff or Customer looks at the Service Date availability on the booking form, they will see that there is no availability the holiday date.
