Adding Comments/Notes to Bookings

Special Instructions or Comments can be added by both the Customer and your Staff.

How Customers add Comments to a Booking

Customers can log into their accounts and edit their Booking to add Comments.

  1. Customer goes to their Dashboard page
  2. Clicks the Edit button next to the Booking they want to add comments to
  3. Enters special instructions into the Comment section
  4. Clicks Save Changes

These special instructions / comments will now be added to your Team's schedule email, and are also visible to your Staff.

Customer comments cannot be edited by Staff members.
 

How Staff add Comments to a Booking

Staff members can edit Bookings to add Comments too.

These comments are only visible by Staff and Team members and are NOT displayed to your Customers.

  1. Staff goes to the Bookings page
  2. Clicks the Booking they want to add comments to
  3. Enters special instructions into the Comment section
  4. Clicks Save Changes

These special instructions / comments will also be added to your Team's schedule email.

Your Teams will now see special instructions from both the Customer and Staff members.
