Launch27 Pay Application Checklist

Launch27 Software, LLC is excited to have you complete an application for your payment processing through Launch27!

Who is Fullsteam?

Fullsteam Operations LLC is the parent company and backend processor behind Launch27, which provides you with a fully integrated payments solution.

To expedite the application process, we encourage you to have the following information available at the time you begin the application:

Launch27 Application Documents

  • Legal business name/business address (No PO Box)
  • Customer service phone number and email address
  • Tax identification number
  • Website
  • Owner(s) information – name, address, social security number, date of birth (for anyone who owns 25% or more of the company)**
  • Control person (if not the owner)– individual with significant responsibility to control, manage or direct this legal entity – name, address, social security number, date of birth **
  • Banking information (name on account, routing number and bank account number)

**Note – the information being requested above is a federal law, under the US Patriot Act, requiring us to identify and verify the beneficial owners of any legal entity as well as a controlling person of the legal entity any time an account is opened.

 

After the Application

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed by a Fullsteam representative, you will be contacted with additional updates.
