How do I mark a Booking as Complete?

A scheduled task runs every day that marks Bookings as complete.

Note: The only criteria for a Booking to be marked as complete is the appointment date must be for the previous day or earlier.

You may customize this task to run whenever you like (12:05AM would be best to ensure the previous day’s bookings are completed asap):

  1. Go to Settings -> Scheduled Tasks
  2. Click the edit icon next to ‘Complete Bookings’
  3. Set Execute At to the time you want the task to run.
  4. Click Save

Your task will run at the time you set and your booking should be marked as complete.
