Manage Team Permissions – Overview

You can control what Customer data your Teams have permission to view.

Right now, you can control whether your Teams may view a Customer’s:

  • Email
  • Phone

when they:

  • receive Schedule emails
  • log into their account

Default Permissions

By default, Teams may NOT view the Email or Phone.


How to Change Team Permissions

Note: Changes you make to your Team permissions applies to ALL of your Teams.

  1. Go to People > Teams
  2. Click the Permissions button (displayed only when you’ve added Teams to your account)
  3. A window will open where you can choose which Customer data the Team can view
